If you are interested you will be randomly allocated to one of the following two treatments:
-
1. MumMoodBooster Program
MumMoodBooster is an online program based on the well-established cognitive-behavioural therapy approach to treating depression. Women complete 6 sequential interactive online sessions over 9 weeks and receive a weekly call from a phone coach. The program includes access to an online library, web forum and an optional partner support website. The program and phone calls are free of charge. Women do not have to attend a clinic.
